FARBRO5 designs and makes thousands of selective, cell-permeable macrocycles for intracellular targets,
benchmarked against experimental data before a single molecule is synthesised and screened,
at a fraction of the cost of HTS.
~80% of high-value drug targets are intracellular. Small molecules lack selectivity.
Biologics cannot enter the cell. Macrocycles occupy the space between them:
large enough to engage complex binding sites with specificity,
small enough to cross the membrane.
Our integrated computational design and array-based synthesis platform
enables exploration of vast macrocycle chemical space at a scale and speed
not previously achievable — with selectivity and cell-permeability
